Living with cancer and receiving treatment for this terrible illness can be extremely tough and it’s Hope for Tomorrow’s mission to make a difference to the way that treatment is delivered.

Managing Director of the Group Paul Martin said:

“We are thrilled to be able to use our extensive event experience to help deliver Hope for Tomorrow’s event strategy. With so many people affected by cancer, the work the charity does to enable treatment to be more accessible makes those individuals lives that bit easier, while they fight their illness. We have always strived to make a difference through what we do and I hope that this partnership will help them continue their great work.”

Hope for Tomorrow designed and launched their first mobile cancer care unit in 2007 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Since then they have continually developed their fleet which grew to 13 units by the beginning of 2021. Eleven mobile cancer care units are currently allocated to NHS Trusts with two units remaining in reserve to ensure no interruptions to service. Throughout the Covid-19 crisis available reserve units were deployed to support NHS trusts wherever possible, allowing vital cancer services to continue where they may not otherwise have been able to.

Hope for Tomorrow receive no statutory funding and rely entirely on donations from the general public, corporate donations and other private funding bodies.

Hannah Davies, Head of Business Development & Fundraising at Hope for Tomorrow commented:
